My name is Debbie and I would like to share with you some insights I have received. I have been on both of the Root Empowerment Spiritual Retreats. At first I wasn’t going to go, even though, I wanted to, because we did not have the means. As I talked with God, he told me what to do. I did it and I was given what was needed for the retreat! This was the first time I had been on a retreat. You see as it says in the Bible, Isaiah 58:11 And the Lord will guide you always; He will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail. It’s hard to put into words what He does for us as we seek Him. He gave me so much insight on these special times devoted to just being with Him. It is truly a time of cleansing; a time like a honeymoon where you are only with and focused on your beloved; uninterrupted time; beautiful music where you can truly hear the angelic voices; fellowship with like minds while sharing a meal together…..He gave me words for a special book, a painting of me He wants done, and a profound statement: MY TIMING not yours! The second retreat was gentle nudges, encouragement, soaking in musical bliss, opening to see something that I have seen before, but failed to SEE (if that makes sense)….lol! You must come to truly understand what He wants for you!

I didn't even realize how much I needed this retreat until I came back home. It had prepared me in a way I had not even noticed at first, and then realized I so badly needed. My prayer life is deeper even in the busy-ness of daily tasks. I have reached new heights in my goals as a result of the revelation I received during the retreat, and my business in growing into goals only God could have shown me.
